Domestic Training
Each Basketball Program will begin with a 3 day / 2 night intense training boot camp held at Hoops City U in Raleigh, North Carolina. Hoops City U is an elite basketball training academy dedicated to the complete development of the athlete. Athletes from throughout the southeastern United States use HCU for its advanced methodology and intensified coaching style.
You will participate in two training sessions each day with your Switzerland Tour Head Coach, and the professional coaching staff of HCU. Athletes will train in an identical format as currently implemented by multiple NBA players. The revolutionary teachings of HCU’s Shooting Lab, Sports Performance Center and Nutritional Consultants will be implemented for all participants.

Every Athlete will also receive a Shooting Lab printout of their mechanics analysis and techniques they can implement to improve performance.

You will also encounter comprehensive Speed, Agility and Quickness Training (SAQ) with certified sports performance trainers. The Speed Elective includes the following:
