In addition to skills and strategies specific to your sport, athletes will receive education, training and evaluations in these other areas of personal development that will help each participant reach their full potential:

- Mental Preparation - Focused on Competition
- Nutrition


A major focus of the program is preparing each participant to train their body to compete at the highest level possible.  To this end we incorporate nutrition education and advanced techniques in physical conditioning into the daily routine of our program.  During the domestic portion of our program, the focus is not just practicing as a team, but intense physical conditioning and education on the latest athletic training techniques.  These learning’s become an integral part of our daily program as we travel overseas.  Athletes learn the importance of incorporating these best practices into everyday life – even life on the road.
