Will this program help me to obtain a college scholarship?
Without question, the intense boot camp training that athletes experience within the 365 Sports Program is not comparable to any traditional training. Athletes are challenged to elevate their game and take with them a training regime, long after the program ends.
Can I use my frequent flier miles?
Yes, it is possible for you to substitute your frequent flier miles for the air portion of your Tournament program. Please contact the accounting department at the corporate headquarters to obtain the adjusted pricing details.
Do I get to keep my USA uniform?
Yes, following the tournament program, each participant is entitled to keep their USA uniform as a souvenir of their 365 Sports experience.
When will practices occur?
Team practices will be allotted during the pre-departure training camp at Hoops City U in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Can my friend and I be roommates?
Yes, it is very common for friends to join the Tournament Program together. The 365 Sports office will do our best to accommodate the requests that are made in writing
and in advance.
Will we be supervised and what role does the 365 Sports staff have during the tour?
Yes! Each team travels together and will remain as an intact group throughout the duration of the tour. The Head Coach will supervise the team and remain with the student-athletes at all times. A 365 Sports staff member will be assigned to your team within the tournament program. The staff member will be with your team at all times and be available to serve as needed.
What is an Exchange of Gifts?
Prior to each competition, a gift exchange occurs. A gift exchange is the term given when two individuals from differing teams/countries who present each other with a “token” gift after a performance. The gifts are generally small and are not expensive (less than $10.00). These gifts are given from both representatives as a gesture of goodwill and friendship.
What types of clothes and items should I bring?
Prior to your departure, you will receive detailed information pertaining to the types of clothing and personal items that you will need on tour.
When will I know who my Coach is?
The Head Coach for each team will be named as quickly as possible. However, the selection is an extensive process to ensure each designated leader meets the 365 Sports certification process. All of our Head Coaches will have served at extremely high levels. Approved Coaches will have coached at either the Collegiate or Professional levels.
It is our goal to have all coaches named by March 1.
Can my parents accompany me on the International Sports tour?
Yes! Approximately 1/3 of our group will be accompanying adults, children or siblings of the athlete. It is a great experience for family members to watch their child represent the USA in international competition.
How much spending money should I bring?
Typically, an athlete will bring approximately $400 to provide for any meals not included in the program and spending money.
If I am not accepted to the team, is my deposit refunded?
Yes, all monies are refunded in full to any athlete not selected to the program.
When is the application and deposit due?
Your contract will detail the date applicable for your application and deposit. The enrollment is limited, therefore, each applicant should return the application to initiate the selection process.
Will Athletic Trainers be at the Tournaments?
All International Tournament Programs will have medical personnel at the event. Our larger programs will include athletic trainers that we bring from the United States to assist with our athletes. If you require taping on a consistent basis, the athletic trainer will be available to assist you, however, it is important to bring your own tape.
If an emergency at home occurs, how can I reach my child?
All parents will have a copy of the group hotel and itinerary for your child during all times of a program. Additionally, you may utilize our 24 hour emergency hotline that will provide you with immediate access to our staff for any traveling group. Our staff will have the ability to reach any child with a message to call home immediately.

How was my child selected for this opportunity?
Your child may have been recognized and received an invitation in one of several ways. 365 Sports maintains a Research Division which follows the achievements of athletes throughout the country. Additional details are available at your Selection Meeting.
