PRIVACY POLICY
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identified information when you visit our web site. We may also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the pages(s) you visit. We do not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. However, we may share your personally identifiable information with our subsidiary and related companies.

SECURITY POLICY
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If an applicant is not accepted into a 365 Sports International program the entire application fee of $400 will be refunded. However, if an applicant cancels their participation in a 365 Sports International program there are cancellation fees. After acceptance into a program the cancellation fees increase over time. The program specific cancellation fee schedule is described in the program contract. If you cancel prior to acceptance into a program there is a $50 application fee.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
365 Sports offers travel cancellation insurance via an independent insurance program at an additional cost. Included in this optional program is secondary group health and emergency medical insurance. We strongly recommend that you choose to purchase the travel cancellation insurance. Program participants who choose to decline the travel cancellation insurance are responsible for all program cancellation fees.

PROOF OF IDENTITY
Proof of identity is required for international travel. Without proper identification, a passport and necessary visas, you will not be permitted to depart. It is your responsibility to obtain and verify your necessary travel documents.
