Intensity Training Camp
The Australia and China Soccer Programs will include the renowned 365 Sports intensity training camp within the destination country. Both American and International Professional Trainers will lead the intensity training.
You will participate in multiple training sessions each day with your program Head Coach, and the professional coaching staff of the Soccer Academy. Athletes will train in an identical format as currently implemented by multiple world class athletes. The revolutionary teachings of the Academy Sports Performance Center and Nutritional Consultants will be implemented for all participants.
The Performance Component will feature traditional speed and performance training including weight training, plyometrics, speed and agility drills, pulling sleds and incorporating the vertimax. All these exercises will focus on improving the power producing capabilities of the quads, glutes and calves, the muscles that provide driving power when our foot is planted on the ground and pushing. Additional emphasis is placed on the hip flexors which impact how fast you can accelerate in the direction you are running and make ground contact to drive again, a key in the speed equation.

You will also encounter comprehensive Speed, Agility and Quickness Training (SAQ) with certified sports performance trainers.
